Ok so we didn't start Level 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred on Saturday but we did start today! Just a few days off. Oops. Level 2 is a lot different but still a hard workout!
Glad to be back into it. I hated that we took a whole week off. The best way to do this program is definitely in a 30 day period, not off and on.
Anyways, wish me luck that we keep it up for the next 19 days!!
