Four of Britian's top sponsored athletes and fitness models together for the first time at a special shoot for 'Muscle & Fitness' magazine: The series, 'It's a Hardcore Life' profiles these elite athletes, and looks at their diet and training regimes. The guys are Jamie Alderton, MuscleMania novice champion and member of Team Grenade; Shaun Stafford, WBFF European Champion; Ryan Ginsberg, cover model and Reflex sponsored athlete, and Olly Foster, eight times Men's Health cover model.
