Kirill Chayka: Pullup Challenge
Kirill Chayka is an expert on building a strong, massive, and well-defined physique. And there is one exercise the 20-year-old bodybuilder (weight: 206 lbs, height: 6'0") especially swears by: Pullups. Kirill enthusiastically explains why: "Pullups are the best exercise for upper back development. It is one of the exercises that incorporates almost all of the muscles in your back, works on your grip strength and also hits the biceps. Switch it up with widegrip, closegrip, chinups, and behind the neck pullups. This exercise is a must in your exercise routine. In this video, I show you how many I can do after training for two weeks. How many pullups can you do?"
Posing, flexing, dancing: This video is pure fitness pleasure. Kirill Chayka enjoys displaying his physiqual progress: serious muscle gains and striking definition. The men's physique competitor has built an imposingly lean size within three years. Special highlight: Kirill shows that he is also excellent at pec bouncing.
